The One-Eyed Monster

The One-Eyed Monster holds me captive before its seeing eye Transmitting thoughts into my mind through visions televised
It feeds my soul upon its sights its sounds are amplified My eyes and ears are held transfixed my spirit zeal for God it dies
Reality it steals from me my spiritual discernment it doth kill Thus my independence it destroys it even controls the way I feel
This Monster pulls me into its world of fantasy and make believe It draws my thoughts and holds them tight, it creates in me a need
To ever drink from the depths of its delusive intoxicating spell Planting seeds of lust and death my mind it overkills
Thus this Monster takes the life I live and it molds me to obey Conforming me into its ungodly image by the thoughts it insidiously conveys
Watch it - Watch it - Watch it be happy laugh or cry Feel it - Feel it - Feel it kiss reality goodbye
Reality marches onward yet I get so lost within its spell Unable to live outside of it's grasp I'm no longer me but someone else
We call this Monster “Entertainment,” yet it calls us to our seats To sup with it and to consume its death I must break its hold on me
For it gives me all of my sinful desires lived out by someone else Excitement – Action - Arousal and Drama the suspense is so strongly felt
This Monster warps me with its own values immoral and corrupt It’s sexual tension and violent death fills iniquities cup
Mesmerized children it doth produce seared in conscience and in heart This is the generation of God's wrath thus with this idolatry I must part
A One-Eyed Monster it was called by Holy Prophets of old despised Yet Christian America feed its hunger by feasting upon its lies
This One-Eyed Monster is my television it is an evil wicked beast I must break the power that it holds before my spirit is laid deceased

In the Book of Revelation we are warned about the coming of a “Two Horned Beast” System that shall make an “Image” to be worshipped by the deceived masses of the world. And in the Children's Box Office Hit “Monster's Inc.” we find that the animated stars of the movie are a “Two Horned Beast” and a “One-Eyed Monster.” These along with a host of other “Monsters” from another realm are found creeping into houses through closet doors from a parallel dimension. I personally believe that it is more than a coincidence that when foretelling and speaking of seducers who come through the television, it is written: “For of this sort are they which creep into houses,...” (2nd Timothy 3:6)
And even more telling is the fact that these Monsters come to scare the children in order to empower their Monster world through the energy of fear that is released in the screams of the children. Yet God's Word tells us that: “...God has not given us the spirit of fear:...” ( 2nd Timothy 1:7 ) It does not take a lot of brain cells to figure out that the occult creators of this movie are using Biblical concepts about the spirit world and demonic themes to convey their message. The powers that be are openly admitting that through the children's programming, they are using the medium of “Television” to assist the demonic powers of darkness in their evil bid to demonize and possess a generation of children in preparation for the coming Antichrist Beast System. Yet sadly millions of professing “Christian” parents are simply clueless.
Interestingly enough, when this “One-Eyed Monster” is depicted on a television commercial with the “Two Horned Beast” within the animated movie. Suddenly a One-Eyed T.V. symbol is placed right over the One-Eyed Monster's image. Then at the end of the movie, this creature (which so many adore as Mike Wokowski) is depicted with the “Two Horned Beast” again. Only this time it is on a magazine cover with a “Bar Code” symbol placed over the image of the “One-Eyed Monster.” It is far more than just a coincidence that in the Book of Revelation we are warned of a coming “Image” which shall cause all to receive a “Mark” so that they might buy or sell. In other words, through the very medium of television, even the powers that be are boasting that they are using the image of television as a forerunner of the coming economic beast system just as God warned us that they would in the book of Revelation.
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them that dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image unto the beast, which had the wound by the sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” Revelation 13:11-18
