About Giving a Love Offering
I am really stepping out by faith here and God knows the details and all the impossibilities which I have already faced and still face. Yet on the positive side of promise I’ve come along way from Rock Bottom and several years ago while facing very dire and distressing circumstances in relation to being Homeless again and wondering if I would ever walk in this very Ministry? God gave me a dream in which I heard the most beautiful heavenly voices singing the following poetic verses.
Fear Not
When the world says
it's impossible
And they tell you
it can't be done

If you know that you have a calling and it just seems like there’s no hope because there are mountains of impossibility hedging your way. Just remember that God is still a mountain mover and in His time He shall make a way for the vision and dream which He gave you. (If it was indeed God who gave it.) Yet if I might give you an extra word of advice, I once heard an aged Preacher say that the secret of success in true Ministry that is going to count for God is that you start from scratch and you just keep scratching! And I can testify to the fact that I’ve not only scratched for a very long time, but were it not for carrying on and suffering through a million delays, disappointments, set backs and bewildering circumstances, I would not be standing before this open door now. And yet just because I have this door opened before me it does not mean that I have somehow arrived. My P.O. Box is still empty and I’m just the same unknown nobody that I was yesterday. I am still scratching so to speak and I’m learning more and more what true spiritual Ministry really means as opposed to the physical concepts of Ministry that I was once so blinded and limited by.
There are so many celebrated Preachers out there doing so much in the name of Jesus with Ministries which seem very successful and worthy of honor in the eyes of man. And yet in reality they and their Ministries are a miserable failure in the eyes of God. God can not use the flesh, and nor can He use us to our full potential until He has first subdued our flesh. And it’s only by dying to ourselves and our own expectations and/or the carnal expectations of others, that we are able to enter into the realm of walking in the visions and dreams which God has given us. It has nothing to do with so much that is being taught by the visible Media Ministry. And though at times it might seem as if God has left you hanging, and the growing pains are overwhelming, He knows right where you are and He is using all those adverse circumstances and fiery trials to subdue you into His perfect will for your life. Many years ago God gave me a poem titled “To Be Subdued” and at the time I was absolutely clueless as to what true Ministry really meant. To Be Subdued

True Ministry has nothing to do with the success and financial freedom that you see in the lives of the Media Preachers. It’s not about big crowds and many followers and supporters. It’s about Ministering Christ and His Spiritual Life to a lost and dying needy world. And even more so about Ministering to the spiritual needs of His flock. The richest reward for me personally in being able to get this Ministry on the Web, is knowing that all the sacrifices that I’ve made through the years were not in vain. For in spite of every thing that Satan and my earthly enemies have done to ruin me financially and to break down my health and to destroy me mentally and emotionally in order to stop this Ministry, God still made a way. I also look forward to the fellowship of other like-minded Christians who share my deepest held convictions. But most importantly, I know that God can and shall use my poems to Minister the grace of a Word in due season to not only His scattered Remnant flock but to the saved and unsaved alike. And if you are a backslider please know that this Ministry is being raised up especially to reach lost lambs and straying sheep like you.
Also remember that I’m just one man. I’m believing and trusting God to send other like-minded Ministers and helpers this way to build a true and real testimony, yet not if their spirit does not bear witness with mine. There are far too many counterfeits out there who are looking to worm their way into a position of authority over the people of God. There are also Satanist and Catholic Jesuit Priest who are very active in infiltrating, sabotaging and destroying the testimonies of true Christian fellowships and Ministries. That’s why every thing must be done by prayer and fasting. I am going to include a Statement of Faith on this site so that others shall know where I stand on Doctrinal issues of vital interest.
Now about giving to this Ministry? There are a lot of other godly but unknown Ministries out there which are in dire need of financial help. And what about all the contrite and broken hearted Missionaries out there in the world who are suffering poverty, persecution and hunger? God forbid that I cause a hungry, hurting and discouraged missionary to lose an offering because someone thought I needed it more. Please do not send me anything if you are supporting such a much worthier cause. Yet if after praying about it you know for sure that God is leading you to send in a love offering and you are cheerfully willing to do so, not out of constraint or guilt but in the love of Christ, then please send it in the form of a Post Office Money Order payable in my name: “Raymond Bolton Pena” as it appears on my Drivers License. I presently can’t afford a Bank Account and it is very difficult to get personal checks and/or other money orders cashed. Especially if they are not made out to a person’s name as it appears on their Driver’s License. No one even wants to cash Money Orders; Some stores even refuse to cash the ones that they themselves sell! Yet I’ve found that Post Office Money Orders are the easiest to cash with an I.D.
Even if God does not move anyone to give anything, I’m only responsible for doing what I’m able to do and it’s no one else’s fault if I don’t. I fear that far too many times we have been lead to believe that the “Ministry” is dependant upon flesh and blood and the support that it can give; When in fact it is God who lifts us out of the dust and exalts us in due time. My point is that when it comes to Ministry God does not need us as much as we need Him; in that without us the Ministry of His Kingdom is not going to break down. And yet without Him our Ministries will break down and fail.
I am going to get a Ministry Bank Account started as soon as I can. I deeply appreciate any financial blessing of any amount that God might lay on anyone’s heart to give. Please be sure to specify what facet of this Ministry that you wish to support:
Ministries:
1. “Home Street Home Urban Missions and National Evangelistic Outreach” Money will be designated toward converting a Van and/or Vehicle (which I’m believing God for as well) into a Mobile Ministry Feeding Station for the Homeless, Destitute and Needy
precious souls out there for whom Jesus died.
Please note: If you have a large igloo cooler you can donate or a large outdoor gas grill or even a vehicle that would be ideal for this kind of Ministry which you can donate, then please contact me. Also if your Church is located near an Urban Area where there are Homeless Souls hanging in the balance, and you would like me to come and Preach at your Church, then please contact me about setting up an Evangelistic Street effort as well.
2. “Poetic Scroll Tracts” Money will be designated to use to begin a tract Ministry and to invest in having Tracts made in large quantities.

3. “The Interpreter’s House” Money will be designated toward the rent and/or mortgage of a Ministry Facility for “Remnant Life Ministries”
Please note: Many years ago I had a dream that me and an old friend was sitting out on the front lawn of a local public school facility looking at a book of my poems. When I awoke I really felt like this dream meant that God was going to bless me with this facility to use as an Evangelistic Tract Ministry and Church. Yet I put it on a mental storage shelf and forgot about it. Then just a few years ago I had a dream that I was in this same school facility hanging up Track Lighting and I knew that this related to making Evangelistic Poem Tracts and then in the dream as I looked out the window from the room in which I was hanging the track lights, I saw many Ministry helpers and Brothers and Sisters in the Lord running toward the front of the facility and I discerned that we were under very heavy attack and It was like a war scene in that they were running to the front lines to stop the enemy armies advance. At which point I began to stock the shelves under the track lighting with boxes full of supplies that were going to be needed and used for our survival and defense. In no way does this relate to fighting in an actual physical war. When I awoke I knew that it concerned a spiritual war and those supplies in those boxes were Bible Tracts and other Ministry related resources. I was really impressed by this second dream to believe that God was going to somehow make a way for this facility to be used as my future Ministry. And now this very school is closing down and they are going to auction off the property, building and everything in it in just a couple of months. And this same old friend that was in my first dream about this facility is coming to visit later this summer as well.
I’m not telling you that it is God’s will that I have to absolutely have this building. While I believe in dreams and visions and they have played a major part in my life, I’ve also learned to only trust God’s Word and if a dream is from Him then it will come to pass without me worrying about it. It might not be just a coincidence that God has blessed me with this open door to be able to put out these needs this way at this very season. This facility would be perfect for this Ministry, offering a Cafeteria and Kitchen for the Ministry to the Homeless. A Library that can be stocked with sound Biblical resources for the Saints use. The lunch room would make a perfect Sanctuary for preaching and worship. There is a gym for the kids and young people. Plenty of rooms for Ministry staff persons to live in who God is going to send and who are going to come. Plenty of parking and so much potential to do so many things. I’m not going to suggest anything except to say that if God does lay this Ministry’s need for a facility on your heart to send whatever he tells you: Be it one dollar or one hundred thousand dollars; Please obey the Lord in this matter. If I am wrong and enough offerings earmarked for this need does not come in to bid at the auction or if I am out bided and those dreams were just the enemy planting seeds of confusion, then it’s no big deal because regardless of where it is, as soon as this Ministry receives enough funds for a Ministry building we are going to secure one in God’s time and place. If this is God’s time and place for this Ministry to be established in the land then I already know exactly which room will be used for the Poetic Tract Ministry because I saw it in that dream.
4. “Children’s Light House Van Ministry” Money will be designated toward the purchase of Ministry Vans to bring in poor children for Kids Church from all across the Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama Tri State Areas where the sins of Satanism, Drunkenness, Child Abuse/Neglect, Drug Addiction and Adultery/Divorce afflicts so many children who in turn repeat the vicious cycle of self destruction which they have learned. It is my conviction that we can be the most successful in pleasing the heart of God by targeting the Trailer Parks, Projects and known drug related crime areas to reach poor children for Jesus Christ.
Please note: If anyone has a good running Church or personal Van that they feel lead to give for this Ministry please feel free to contact me. Giving a Van can save much needed funds to go toward gasoline and maintenance to keep this Ministry going strong once it gets started. .
5. “Remnant Fold Tape Ministry” Money will be designated toward beginning a non-profit cassette tape Ministry.
Please note: If you have a Cassette Tape Duplicator that you no longer use please consider donating it to this Ministry. It is my prayer to be able to offer tapes for free. If need be we will only charge the cost of the tapes and postage to send them out once this Ministry gets off the ground.
6. “Muzzled Ox Offering” Money will go toward my basic and personal necessities such as:
Finally, if you feel God’s leading in having me come to your Church to Preach or teach one or more meetings, or to do a series of meetings. Please really pray about it first and get God’s mind on the matter. Only then when you are certain that it is God leading you, please feel free to call or write so that I might call and touch base with you after I pray about it. If God so leads we can set something up?
